Place your specified material in the container, attach the container to the grinder and place into the Duet. From there, simply follow the instructions on the touch screen display.
CAN THIS BE USED FOR MEDICINAL PURPOSES?
Do we think insurance providers should subsidize this device for everyone with a medical card? ABSOLUTELY! Do we know that the canna-curious and even regular consumers should have access to an easy and transparent process for dosing? ABSOLUTELY! Do we also believe the cultivators should have the ability to have an affordable, comprehensive pre-roll process? Also, ABSOLUTELY!
HOW DO I CLEAN THE DUET?
Cleaning the Duet is easy! Lift the front shield to access the internal components to remove for cleaning. Once removed, place the parts in the dishwasher for efficient sanitization or clean by hand cleaning using isopropyl alcohol and elbow grease.
WHERE CAN I FIND REPLACEMENT PARTS?
Replacement parts are available for purchase for the Duet directly through higherinnovation.com.
CAN I PUT DUET PARTS IN THE DISHWASHER OR THE MICROWAVE?
Yes! All food safe parts of the Duet are dishwasher safe. Please, don’t microwave.
Do I have to use the King Size Cones that come with The Duet?
Nope! The Duet can be used with any standard king-size, pre-rolled cone. King size cones allow for any size cone to be created by weight. The cones that ship with the Duet are specifically designed for the best end result.
