Returns
If you need to return a product purchased from Higher Innovation, here’s the process to follow:
- Request Return Authorization:
- You must request a Return Authorization within 30 days of your purchase date.
- To request this, contact customer service at customerservice@higherinnovation.com.
- Shipping Instructions:
- After submitting your Return Authorization request, you will receive shipping instructions via email.
- Prepare Your Return:
- Repack the product(s) in the original packaging and include all accessories.
- Pack and seal your box securely, preferably in the original shipping box.
- Use a carrier that provides a tracking number to ensure your package doesn’t get lost in transit.
- Return Processing:
- Once your package is received, the return will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- If a refund is due, it will be credited
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns of products that were not purchased directly through Higher Innovation. Higher Innovations products purchased from other retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers and will not be accepted by Higher Innovation.

We strive to provide our customers with efficient and reliable shipping services for all our products. Our goal is to ensure your products are delivered promptly and in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our manufacturing technique some products may experience a delay.

- When inventory allows products will ship immediately
